Breaking: Ayuba Waba-led NLC Insists On Strike Tomorrow, Walks Out On FG

Reports reaching us at Ozoneviews said that the Com. Ayuba Wabba-led Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) has again disagreed with the Federal government moments ago over the increase in the pump price of petrol.

The NLC group has insisted on total reversal of N145 back to N86.50 as the agreed pump price of petrol in Nigeria and failure will surely amount to an industrial action by the Nigerian workers.

This evening, the NLC staged a walk-out on the representatives of the federal government and has insisted on the planned nationwide strike tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the federal government has opened talks with the Joe Ajaero-led faction of the NLC to source other ways of stopping the Ayuba Wabba-led group.
