LATEST INFO FROM THE NIGERIA SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT

ABOUT IGBO CULTURE ON PROPERTY SHEARING WITH OUR FEMALES!!
OYA MEN BEGIN TO INCLUDE YOUR DAUGHTERS ON MUST WILL COS IS NOW THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT!!
As Supreme Court nullifies Igbo custom.
I learnt that the Supreme Court has nullified igbo old age long tradition which forbids our umu nwanyi from inheriting their father's property.
This igbo custom allows only sons to inherit and share their father's property except the man writes a will.
It is common in igboland that daughters do not inherit or share with their brothers their father's property, but the Supreme Court has nullified that custom in its last week judgement.
So if an igbo man dies without a Will, his daughters and sons will share his property equally. Na so Supreme Court talk.
These are Supreme Court Justices that gave the judgement.
Unfortunately, none of the judges that gave this judgement is igbo.
The judges are;
Justice Rhodes-Vivour, lead judge, Walter Samuel Nkanu Onnoghen, Clara Bata Ogunbiyi, Kumai Bayang Aka’ahs and John Inyang Okoro.
WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?
